Important Shipping Notes:
U.S. orders will ship via US Media Mail by default. You may choose another method at checkout (US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Second Day Air). Because UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, orders to PO Boxes will be automatically changed to US Media Mail.

International shipments ship via US Mail Economy (4-6 weeks) or US Mail Global Priority (4-10 days). If you need your order to ship by UPS to an international location, please contact us by email or phone.

Delivery time Information:
Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed. We cannot guarantee the order will ship the same day it is received, but every effort is made to ship ASAP.

We are located in Delaware, USA. Keep this in mind when choosing options UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air. For instance, if you live in New Jersey, it's only one day away by UPS Ground. Take a look at our UPS Time-In-Transit map to estimate your shipping time. ("Time In Transit" means number of days from when the package actually ships).
